The Escape2 team had the first guided tour of the Sea Front Apartments this morning, taking in the new show apartment and the amazing sea views from the Sun Terrace on top of Kepwick House, in the North Bay, Scarborough.
They were shown round by Matt from Tolent Construction, who also allowed them a quick peak at the Penthouses on top of Lockton house to see how they are progressing.
Rachel Dean, Director of Escape2, said: "The Apartments are absolutely fantastic - they are really starting to come along. The sea views from the sun terrace were stunning. I'll certainly be using it to do a bit of sun bathing! The show apartment should be ready in about 4-6 weeks and will be available to view by appointment only."
Guests of Escape2 will have access to the Sun Terrace as well as the state-of-the-art gym in Lockton House.
