The state-of-the-art gymnasium is now open and available to use for all holiday guests at The Sands - Sea Front Apartments. Best of all, entry for the gym is included in the holiday accommodation price!
The gym is fitted with over £40,000 worth of equipment, from rowers and runners, to cross trainers and resistance machines. There is even a music system where you can plug in your i-Pods and MP3 player and listen to your own music while you train.
The gym is located just yards from the beach and has the most fantastic sea views for you to enjoy whilst you train.
The Sands Gymnasium
The gymnasium has been fitted out to suit all our holiday guests whatever your needs, so if you would like a spot of light exercise or want to seriously pump some iron, the gymnasium can accommodate you.
Sarah, our expert gymnast and gym trainer can offer advice and inductions to anyone requiring them.
